Claire strongly believes that all women who want a doula should have one. She provides the same compassionate and evidence based care to all her families regardless of their ability to pay. She is honored to provide support at all financial levels using different programs available to her clients to aid in costs.
-
Claire accepts Zelle, Venmo, Bank Payment (ACH), and Credit Card. She can also accept FSA and HSA payments via the debit card your program has given you.
-
BEBO (birth education beyond the ordinary) offers financial assistance to families in Westchester County with a demonstrated needs. The client covers some of the fee and BEBO covers the rest. Claire is able to accept BEBO as a payment.
-
Claire is in progress to accept Medicaid. Most private insurance in New York State does not have insurance benefits for doulas, but if your plan provides it, Claire can enroll as a provider. She meets the criteria as someone who is fully certified, insured, and trained.
-
Claire is not currently enrolled with these providers, but she is willing and able to enroll with some help from the client who must request to work with her via the service to begin the process. She already meets the necessary criteria of being certified with an accepted organization (DONA), having liability insurance, and training so it would be a small lift on the part of the client to complete this.
